Overall in society most leadership positions are occupied by men. I'm sure here and there you may find individual little situations where womyn hold the majority of leadership positions, but that doesn't change the fact that men have the vast majority of leadership positions in society as a whole. This is not inherent but cultural and societal. Boys will get told they are born leaders while grrrls will be told they are bossy for doing the exact same thing because grrrls are taught subservience while boys are taught dominance and that shit is fucked up. The 'managers' of society are overwhelmingly cis, white, hetero, rich men. Just sayin'...
