Blair accusation

A few days ago in his opening speech as leader of the opposition in the house of commons, Michael Howard waved a dossier of Tony Blair's past and mentioned the time when Blair accused the US of state terrorism.

Does anybody have any more info on what Blair actually said?

havent heard anything comrade but it would be interesting if true, although Blair has already proved himself to be a self contradicting hypocrite so many times anyway...
