It is Archaeopteryx (infraorder deinonychosaur) , in fact it is an avialan and often grouped as member of the aves (Birds) class, but it is actually a dinsosaur that is closely related to birds rather than a true bird, according to consensus (although some do just consider it a bird), a proto-bird, if you like.
