The day before yesterday, I drove by a redtailed hawk that was doing something to some dead raccoon on the side of the road, it was pretty cool, but it got scared by my car and flew off.
but yeah, birds are tight.

My mother has a blue and gold Macaw like in the first video... he talks 0.2% of the time and it can be amusing when he tell's people to 'Fuck off', the rest of the time he just screams... he screams and screams and screams some more. Whenever I'm talking to her on the phone it sounds like somebody is being murdered in the background.

In Biology our teacher had a falcon in our classroom and he would just let it fly around most of the time. Nothing like trying to learn about a cells structure only to have a falcon land right in front of you and just stare you down :D. Best class ever!

That is right, pretty much. It is Archaeopteryx (infraorder deinonychosaur) , in fact it is an avialan and often grouped as member of the aves (Birds) class, but it is actually a dinsosaur that is closely related to birds rather than a true bird, according to consensus (although some do just consider it a bird), a proto-bird, if you like.

Irrelevant. Those dinosaurs are not birds because they are dinosaurs. They can't even fly. Penguins and other flightless animals aren't birds either. They're dinosaurs.

It's a person in a costume. Therefore, it is a bird, because all things are birds.
My obvious logic beat your incoherent "da fok"ish logic into the dirt. The dirt which is also a bird.

Clearly, those aren't birds.
They are birds. Extinct ones, but birds. The first is a Moa (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Moa -- driven to extinction by early humanity), but I'm not sure what the second is. Those two birds are related to still-extant Ostriches and Emus. Last is this: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Phorusrhacos . Flightless birds ftfw.
edit: oh, were you joking?

A flightless bird. But it likes to do bad things to your head.
