What's the biggest union in America that doesn't give money to the Democrats? I'm thinking of organizing a union but I can't decide which one. I would go with the SEIU but I don't want to give my money to Obama. And I would join the IWW but I think they aren't big enough to actually help me and my co workers. Thanks.

It depends what type of industry you work in.

And I would join the IWW but I think they aren't big enough to actually help me and my co workers.
What kind of help are you seeking? Because you, yourself, make the IWW. It has no hired organizers who come in from the outside like big, bureaucratic unions do. You and your fellow workers organize yourselves. The term is called Solidarity Unionism

Solidarity unionism is simply the strategy of unionism where 2 or more workers at one workplace come together and act in concert and fight together for better wages, benefits, and more control on the work process itself. It does not require a union contract or even majority support to act together when using the solidarity unionism model at the workplace. We simply act together because we work together, we care about each other, and we all belong to the same class. We do this because we have a moral right and obligation to stand up with and for our fellow workers regardless if others choose to do so.If you're simply looking for a mere contract that guarantees better wages, benefits, etc. then you're best bet is a union affiliated with the federations AFL-CIO or Change To Win. You can't avoid big-Democrat political donations with a lot of the bigger unions.

But you should come back with some more information, like what you are seeking to improve, what industry you work in, what the conditions are like, how many coworkers are interested (a business union will deny to help organize if you don't have a set amount of guaranteed people).

Organizing is an extremely long-term process and needs devotion, not just from you but from everyone. I wouldn't recommend organizing a "hot shop" (one where workers are saying along the lines of "i want change now, or i'm out!" i.e. impatient people who are willing to quit and find another job). I know people who have been organizing at the same shops for several years.
