Why exactly would we want to post quotes from a man we all hate?

As opposed to left wing Hitler quotes?

In a debate with somebody who says Hitler was a Socialist. Wanted some right wing quotes from Hitler to prove otherwise.

Sorry for the confusion

In a debate with somebody who says Hitler was a socialist.

You shouldn't even bother talking to such people.Really.

If you are looking for quotes just get that one excerpt of Mein Kampf where Adolf attacks the right and left and presents his view as neither.

But as stated before, it (the person your debating or talking to w/e) is not worth talking to if they are foolish enough to believe such nonsense.

"We must destroy Bolshevism"
"We must destroy the soviet union"
"We must destroy international socialism"
"we must destroy trade unionists"
"We must destroy communism"

He probably said them various times. In fact, you can probably replace those with pretty much anything left wing.

paraphrasing of course but: "Annihilate the jews" sort of falls in line with that sect of american apocalyptic christian zionism.

We should post quotes that are more business friendly, capitalism supporting, and libertarian minded (the strong deserve rewards, the weak, death or squalor).

Posting stuff about him hating Bolshevism does nothing against people who claim he was left wing. They just think that he was a "socialist of a different stripe".

Try these then:

"Hence today I believe that I am acting in accordance with the will of the Almighty Creator: by defending myself against the Jew, I am fighting for the work of the Lord."

"The streets of our country are in turmoil. The universities are filled with students rebelling and rioting. Communists are seeking to destroy our country. Russia is threatening us with her might, and the Republic is in danger. Yes - danger from within and without. We need law and order! Without it our nation cannot survive."

"There is a road to freedom. Its milestones are Obedience, Endeavor, Honesty, Order, Cleanliness, Sobriety, Truthfulness, Sacrifice, and love of the Fatherland."

"Secular schools can never be tolerated because such schools have no religious instruction, and a general moral instruction without a religious foundation is built on air; consequently, all character training and religion must be derived from faith ...we need believing people."

"We have to put a stop to the idea that it is a part of everybody's civil rights to say whatever he pleases."

"I don't see much future for the Americans ... it's a decayed country. And they have their racial problem, and the problem of social inequalities ... my feelings against Americanism are feelings of hatred and deep repugnance ... everything about the behaviour of American society reveals that it's half Judaised, and the other half negrified. How can one expect a State like that to hold together?"

"You know my opinion of Franco... We ought to keep these Red Spaniards on the back burner... They're lost to democracy..."

Too vague. The bastard was so damn vague! Never straight out, always trying to be populist and pro-business.

"We stand for the maintenance of private property. [...] We shall protect private enterprise as the most expedient, or rather the sole possible, economic order." (Speech in 1926.)

"Our adopted term 'Socialist' has nothing to do with Marxian Socialism. Marxism is anti-property; true Socialism is not." (1930)

"I absolutely insist on protecting private property... we must encourage private initiative." (1942)

Why exactly would we want to post quotes from a man we all hate?I don't see why not. Just because you hate Hitler, I'm not certain why we should have an aversion to knowing anything which he said.

As opposed to left wing Hitler quotes? No, as opposed to Hitler quotes about ponies, the weather, food, drink, elephants, encephalitis and black metal. Funnily enough, most things which people say during their lifetimes are probably not directly related to politics.

You know what I found to be the most unintentional Marxist movie ever? Schindler's List.

That movie shows what the ravages of capitalism on steroids can do to a society. Capitalists at the helm of business, generals and army planners at the helm of the State, and disposable workers being horribly exploited to amass wealth for the German war machine.

Playing devils advocate, I can dismiss those quotes as being irrelevant because National Socialism was a system that allowed one to have private capital but it was subject to the will of the State.

Libertarians love throwing that one out.

Libertarians love throwing that one out.
And I love throwing libertarians out.

In any case, this thread was asking for Hitler quotes in favour of capitalism, and I'm not sure how appeals to Nazi practice refute the fact that those quotes are in favour of capitalism.
