This is no surprise, the CPRF observers busted United Russia at one polling station by finding (before polls opened) 300 votes for United Russia already in the ballot box....but it seems Russians are finally done with rigged elections and corrupt government, every Russian I speak with (Aside from one person out of the 40 or so I speak with) hates Putin and wants out of Russia because of it....and were rather disappointed to hear the US is little better

The Soviet times under Brezhnev were better. Voters could actually write on their ballots to have the authorities deal with local political issues, or with some corrupt official.
