Hello all. I'm 18, studying music (my last year before uni) and work part-time with advertising (woo!) and web site publishing (not too sure about the labels there, to be honest I know nothing about web site designing and such). I've been into leftist politics since I was about 12 but I didn't understand much of it at that age and I still feel that I lack a lot of knowledge so I'm working on that at the moment. I'm a member of the local club of the youth wing and my parents are (not well-read) socialists and so is most of my family. I'm no good with all the groupings and categories of socialism (there sure are many..!) but what I know is that I'm revolutionary not reformist, and that I don't consider China or the Soviet Union to be/have been proper communist, and that I definitely don't support the (UK) Labour Party as I consider them to be supportive of the class system. I'm still only learning so bear with me, in half a year or so I should have the terminology down.
Cheers
