As you may have noticed (and if you are a 'gamer' no doubt you have), the forum games threads have been closed. As having them in the OI proper goes against the line I'm trying to maintain, ie a purely political forum save one offtopic thread, I have made a suggestion to the BA team that a separate subforum inside OI for forum games be launched.
Personally I'm opposed to that as well, but I will accept any verdict the moderators and admins reach collectively. If such a subforum is created the game threads will be moved therein and reopened, but for now they will remain closed pending the result -- and if the poll fails, they will remain closed and future game threads are to be started in Chit Chat instead.
