What are your thoughts on current Russian Prime Minister/President/Dictator Vladimir Putin? Do you think he has helped the Russian Federation to recover from the fall of the USSR?

Of coarse he's capitalist, no one ever debates that.

But he's kind of a new capitalist authoritarian, along the lines of Berlusconi or the government of singapore.
