Al Jazeera, easily. RT is the National Enquirer of Russia.

RT is good in some cases, like crosstalk. But take their reporting, especially about Russia, with a grain of salt.
Al Jazeera is my top trusted major news source.

Chill the fuck out guys, I have Obama on the phone and he tells me that this isn't in the interest of the American bourgeoisie (at the moment).

Oh good to know comrade obama still feels deep devotion to the cause.

I too saw that on RT. I agree that news station is full of shit. Nevertheless, Pakistan does genuinely feel threatened at the moment, bearing in mind that the US military has made hundreds of incursions into Pakistan since the Afghan war begun.

The Pakistani ruling class isn't yet bready to break with the US, although they may be getting closer to China.
Speaking of the Jaz, they seem to be filling the role Counterpunch once did. Some very good recent articles

Al Jazeera has its own biases you should prolly take into account. They reflect the views of Sunni monarchs basically.

The problem is if they find themselves with the Arab Spring coming to them they will find themselves between a revolution and the USA, in that case the Pakistani ruling class might turn to China and just accept becoming a client state of China and asking the Chinese military to occupy them to put down their revolution while saving face saying Chinese occupation is to protect Pakistan from US attacks.

RT actually plays a loooooot of stuff. some of the stories may be off though since they do run some pretty bizzare stories. But, for riot *ahem* videos they are pretty good. always without commentary and always high video resolution.
but, on occasion, PSL and ANSWER members get interviewed on major events and one time a PSL comrade debated a libertarian nutjob
Obviously there are national interests at hand with RT and same with Al Jazeera (which was biased towards supporting rebels in libya) or Time magazine which has two different covers, on of the world, one for the USA.

Chill the fuck out guys, I have ComradeObama on the phone and he tells me that this isn't in the interest of the American proletariat(at the moment).
Fixed it for you, since we all secretely know obama is a socialist! Why would two nuclear armed countries go to war though, especially given the anti-american sentiment in that region of the world

Me too, in everything not concerning Qatar (somehow, there didn't seem to be any protests happening in the country during the Arab spring ).

The timing for something *like* this is correct here, though -- the moment right now is similar to the circa-2000 post-Clinton dot-com economic crash, leading to a full-blown constitutional crisis and soft coup because of the negligible electoral difference between Gore and Bush.
The election season so far is seeming quite stale and I don't think the politicians have any remaining leverage on the population to push its buttons -- jingoism, etc. -- as everyone recently got sick of under Bush.
Usually the politicians need some kind of "emergency" right about now to whip people back into going along with their rule.

You'll also notice Al Jazeera tried its hardest to ignore what was happening in Bahrain. (especially the Arabic stations or so I've been told).
