any psychedelic drug enthusiasts?

i looooove LSD, psilocybin, DMT, research chems etc and i assume many of you do as well as psychs are traditional lefty drugs. whats your favorite? which have you tried? did it help shape you into who you are today?

i've done a lot of psychs and LSD is definitely my favorite. i probably did it 15 times within my first year of discovering its awesome power, i was/am totally enamored with it. it has definitely changed the way i see the world...maybe even helped radicalize me more!

Erowid classifies it as an atypical psychedelic. Not sure what that means, but Erowid generally has good info.

Also, I've not done much in the way of psychedelics. I did some mushrooms a few months back, but I was fucked on other things and don't know if I even took enough to experience it. I've done a lot of DXM and probably won't be touching it again anytime soon. I hope to try DMT and LSD, but those aren't widely available in my part of the country.

I've tried LSD a couple of times, but I've since lost interest in it. My first trip was quite literally one of the worst experiences of my life. You try watching Hamlet's Ophelia descend into madness on the television screen in a room filled with 25 other people and the lights turned off (with no windows I might add). I swear, I spent that entire scene thinking she was talking directly to me - so much in fact that I had to get up and take a walk around campus. My heart was racing, everything had a sensation to it, people who normally looked nice appeared dark and suspicious; I felt as though I was trapped in a distorted state of paranoia. :(

Needless to say, lesson learned: never take LSD for the first time while at school.

LSD is awesome. My first trip I took two strong hits with my friend and we walked around downtown all night. It was great.

I'll hopefully try mushrooms soon. Probably next spring when they start growing again. Most of my friends get them at least once a year, I just never got around to trying them.

I loved mescaline but sadly I don't even have access to pot much less peyote and San Pedro juice is by far the nastiest thing I have ever drunk, so I think next time I will dry the the san pedro cactus and put it into pills.

Tried 2c-I twice, shrooms once, and LSD once.

LSD was awesome...but I tried it at a music festival, etc so the set/setting obviously determines what you get out of it.
