Yeah, it's so scary and surreal that one capitalist state directs investments into another capitalist state's infrastructure. Never heard of anything like it before.

In that case its obviously a way for the chinese governement of asserting his control over europe, Some kind of modified version of the Marshall plan the west put in place to strenghten its grip over europe.
