Hey man, don't worry about being confused at the moment. I'm going to go ahead and say that I doubt that there is a single member here who knows how we should implement socialism/communism. It generally devolves into a very vague: the proletariat should take power oh and we should have some way to deal with counter-revolutionaries and its varies by tendency. On a good note, we probably won't fully understand how to implement proletarian control fully, until we actually do it. It'll take a while but the pieces will start falling into place.
