Hi comrades,
I've been lurking around for a year, but am only just registering, due to me wanting to view some of the group forums. Anyway, the obligatory bio goes like this: I consider myself a Marxist-Leninist and a supporter of Enver Hoxha's line. I'm a member of the CPGB-ML, but to be frank, I have quite a few reservations about it.
Outside of politics, I play the double bass (rather terribly, I might add) and music generally consumes me. Hope to have some good conversations and meet with interesting people.
Feel free to ask me any questions.
(P.S. How do I disable this irritating auto-logout feature)?

Welcome!
i tried to play bass for a while. the intro party to N.I.B. by Black Sabbath inspired me. After that, i settled for the white rabbit riff.

Thank you, comrade, for the welcome. Do you still have your bass? To be honest, now I'm a member of this forum, I'm not sure of where to begin. A bit like a "kid in a sweet shop" scenario.

Greetings CWAF. I'm new here as well and get the sweet shop feeling. What are your reservations about the CPGB-ML?

Thanks to everyone for the kind words. My feelings regarding the CPGB-ML can be summed like this: I like its "home policy", if you will, its fierce opposition to the Labour Party and other bourgeois social-democratic trends. Its foreign policy is often quite opportunist and deficient, in my opinion. Particularly the view that modern China is a "socialist" country. Additionally, the CPGB-ML's take on anti-imperialism seems to me just as little more than opposing military interventions from the larger imperialist countries in contrast to opposing the foreign export of monopoly capital and import of surplus value. This evident in their support of China, Iran etc. as "anti-imperialist" countries. In my view, they are minor imperialist powers themselves.

Glad you don't accept everything in it. I mostly agree with your points, sure I probably don't want an invasion of Iran for example but I am still fiercily against it's government. And China obviously ins't socialist.:)

Sorry for the delay in response. To ColonelCossack, I couldn't give you an exact figure (as I'm not sure myself), but my estimate would be at least 200. Thanks as well, OHumanista and Yazman.
