Kansas City is 52, while Chicago is 77.

I thought it'd be all Compton LA or whatever, guess the media has just ruined my perception of America.

This list is shit. Needs more Texas. Everything's bigger in Texas, including crime rates.

Someone told me when I lived in Texas that it had low crime rates, at least for murder. I never bothered to investigate whether that was true, though.

LA is not included because we have 8 million people here... So 1,000 homicides a year is consider a good year!

South Dallas and the 'bad' end of Oak Cliff used to have one of the worst in the country. I'm not sure how it is now though, the neighborhood is still one of those you don't want to go in during night though.

Several cities in my immediate area are on that list, including the one I live in. Not going to say which one is mine because that would be a violation of Op-sec.

This list is absolutely worthless since they include all of these small unimportant podunks with minimal populations so it ends up getting driven up by a per capita basis--let's say Saginaw had a particularly bad year.

besides, where is Gary Indiana, and how is Richmond California listed so far? I used to live there in America

Saginaw is not an "unimportant podunk with minimal population". The city alone has between 50,000 and 75,000 people in it. Include the immediate townships that border the city, and that population jumps to over 250,000. There's just a ton of violent crime in Saginaw, since five of the seven auto plants in the area closed and there are no decent jobs except with the hospitals.

I'm actually proud of Atlanta. Only one of our crime statistics was lower than the national average and it was the incidence of Rape. Glad to see there's less rape in Atlanta than the rest of the US. Especially considering how much higher than the national average all of our other statistics were.

Well my apologies, I come from a place with 30,000,000 people my sense of relativity isn't very good.
