So, what's your favourite kind of meat? How do you like it cooked, or seasoned?
I like chicken, especially with a nice indian sauce like a korma  I don't like lamb that much anymore, and I have just recently gotten into pork again. Gotta love that crackling, although the meat itself can be kinda tough sometimes. Overall I like chicken the best though. Oh, and also squid. That stuff rules.
I can't stomach organs though. So glad I live in a time and place where organs are rarely if ever eaten.
In closing, the aforementioned nightmare:

My god, that's a lot of meat. I hope that that video is not available outside the US.

Excess for the sake of excess ticks me off... I seriously hope they ate all that.
Favourite kind of meat though, hmm... Irish recipe sausages is the only thing meaty I tend to eat on a regular basis, that and all manner of Chicken stuff, Chicken curries especially (I had a fantastic Madras last night). When I can afford it, I'll have bacon, but that's not regular. I enjoy beef in a stew or in a Steak and Ale pie, I generally don't have stuff like Steak on it's own I can't afford it and I'm not a massive fan of Pork chops.
My mothers Honey glazed ham may be a winner though... it only comes out for Christmas dinner but that shit will be filling my sandwiches for days afterwards.
Organs... Duck Liver is amazing, it's like a really mature meaty cheese. I'll also put it out there and announce that I fucking love Haggis... sheep have the best entrails.

I come from part of Croatia where we eat only meat. I hate vegetables etc.
So, here are my favorites. Yes, that's all pork (except 3rd one because that's Muslim dish)

About 1/3 of my diet is meat, I couldn't survive without anything else... I feel sick from meat only. :P

I would give up all other foodgroups before I'd give up meat.

I love Sarma. Had it every day for the past week til today lol Plus we went to a Slava where we ate it. Then it was my family's Slava and grandma celebrates it so we went and pigged out there too. :)
The Balkans will resist any and all Vegetarian/Vegan aggression against us. We will resort to any method at our disposal to stop the Vegetarian/Vegan aggressors. No Pasaran!

I love pork. There's a Thai method of roasting on a spit where they constantly baste with coconut water while it turns, and it is amazing. I wouldn't say I like it better than beef, though.
My favorite cooking method is slow roasting. It depends on the cut, of course. I wouldn't slow roast a rib-eye steak.
Organ meat is good. I had a major craving for horumonyaki the other day.

In meat related news, a couple days ago I pulled a dead deer out of the forest near my house. My dad came into my room and ordered me to drag a deer he'd shot out from the woods, he had to gut it first though, god I haven't been involved in that for a while, the smell of guts, blood and offal was pretty overpowering.
I always laugh when people tell me that I wouldn't like a meat product if I saw how it was made.

I used to watch my grandad gut Deer all the time when I was a kid, he was a keen shooter. His house reminded me of Vincent Cadby's Hunting lodge in Ace Ventura 2. I can recall that dead Deer smell in his Land Rover when he'd take it to the gamekeeper, it wasn't too bad... like a musty wax jacket... and blood.
Few years back my mother got some chickens for the house, but the farmer said they were attracting foxes so I had to go out and shoot the lot of them. Somebody else did the gutting and plucking since my mum didn't want us to eat them, she's basically a vegetarian now. She almost had a mental breakdown when my step-dad boiled a live lobster in the kitchen a few months ago, she complained she could hear it 'screaming'...

No, my worst nightmare would be riding in a car forever and getting lost across bridges and highways that have no end and no way to turn around with an urgent need to get back somewhere.
