Another Bears title hope became a hope for next season because of an injury to Jay Cutler. We have no luck. Apparently he injured his thumb when Knox slipped and a San Diego player intercepted the ball and Cutler had to make a tackle. You can't have worse luck than that. A guy slips forcing you to make a play and you injured your thumb. This is a long line of injuries that have ruined our season.

In 2005 Grossman breaks his leg and we had no chance after that.

In 2006 Mike Brown and Tommie Harris go on the IR which hurt our defense.

In 2009 Urlacher goes on the IR which screwed us.

Last year Cutler hurts his MCL in the fucking NFC title game.

I mean what the fuck? I am convinced the football gods are Packers fans. How the fuck do you keep getting these season ruining injuries? Fuck you football gods, Caleb Hanie will lad us to the playoffs!

Yeah its a sports thread, but it is a rant and probably belongs in chit chat.

I thought this was going to be thread about sex with large hairy animals.

However, as it isn't, and it seems to be about some kind of sporting team, err, well, I haven't got much to say. From the mention of a 'ball' I think I can rule out ice-hockey, and from the fact it's a team game thet means it's not tennis or golf. You even mention 'football' I notice. I'm going to go out on a limb and say 'you're talking about American Football'! Am I right?

It's football. American football. Don't worry man, I'm a Jets fan. After every season I have to read the book of job to try to understand why I could suffer as much as I do.


Anyway, I'm getting more into hockey these days. Not that the Islanders are so great either.

I am into pretty much all sports, but every team I love absolutely sucks, but the Lakers. Well the owners are being pricks so no championship season this year.

My choice of teams was so bad when I was a kid that I'm stuck watching the Mariners lose 90-100 games a year. Maybe I should read a book or something. Find a new form of entertainment.
