For good reportage of the EZLN (I'm assuming your asking about the present day Zapatistas) the late John Ross's books are all excellent: Rebellion from the Roots: Indian Uprising in Chiapas (1995,) The War Against Oblivion: The Zapatista Chronicles (2002,) and ¡ZAPATISTAS! Making Another World Possible: Chronicles of Resistance 2000–2006 (2007.)For a general discussion of the movement there's Ya Basta! Ten Years of the Zapatista Revolution with contributions from Subcomandante Marcos, Naomi Klein, Noam Chomsky and others. Also good is The Zapatista Reader.
