Can somebody tell me what mountain tsunamis are?

Are they tsunamis with mountain sized waves?

I think its just a giant wave coming down from the mountain.

A melting glacier has the chance to temporarily dam in the melted water before it breaks sending down a massive wave.

Am I allowed to say that, while tragic, that would look unquestionably epic (or at least the concept seems that way. Though perhaps not for someone in the path of the thing... I don't know though, I think I might get overwhelmed by it. A bit of a 2012 moment, maybe?)?
