The audio is from Chaplins The Great Dictator released in 1940
He doesn't say capitalism, socialism or communism(the movies whole premise is anti-fascist though)
but the speech is really fantastic and moved me pretty deeply

I don't know.... I kind of have a Zizekish problem with the film. In that it is showing the benevolence of the dictator

The character isn't the dictator though, it's a jewish barber who takes the identity of the hitler character

Wasn't Chaplin a socialist?

He was a fellow traveler and red baited into exile. He made the only movie during the McCarthy era to mock the House Committee on Un-American Activities, A King in New York (1956.) Monsieur Verdoux (1947) also has a great closing speech where Verdoux (Chaplin) excoriates capitalism with bitter sarcasm.

Hitler was actually a pretty big fan of Charlie Chaplin. (Although he thought it was unfortunate that Chaplin was Jewish).

There is no evidence that Charlie Chaplin was Jewish.

I am a fan, always have been. All over the world he strikes a chord with people.

He was always assumed, even labelled by some as a Jew, he was not, such was the great man's integrity.....he never once denied it. His half brother was(Jewish father), perhaps out of respect for his brother or some other motivation, he kept silent on that matter.

Interestingly George Orwell included Charlie on that now infamous list of communists that he handed to MI6 British Intelligence. He was described as JEW. Just another fact that fool Etonian policeman got wrong.

I came into our room, Wifey a few nights ago, she had the ear phones on and was laughing uncontrollably tears in her eyes, I crept out after peeping over her shoulder to see what she was watching.....(it was not the change of life as I had thought)...it was our Charlie........
