Age would be good too, for the purpose of seeing if the people who answer have got some growing to do.

I'm about to be 14, and I'm 6'1 and 270.

all these threads asking for personal info are getting really weird threads asking for age, ethnicity, sexual preference, etc etc now asking for height and weight. What do you want next my bank details and my mothers maiden name?

I'm about to be 14, and I'm 6'1 and 270.

CC Sabathia is 6'8" and about 275 IIRC.

---

As for myself I'm 5'1" 95-98 lbs. I have to wear socks during the fall and winter when the room temperature can drop below ~70oF.

-------

To any people intending to restrict food intake to lose weight, you will most likely fail. (It is also a good idea to do some resistance training (or take a SARM, selective androgen receptor modulator, if they are available and demonstrated to be safe) during dieting simply because it prevents the loss of muscle; perhaps the reason why people easily regain weight after they diet is due to the loss of lean body mass.) The reason to diet in order to lose weight does not provide enough willpower (at least for me) for one to maintain a restrictive diet indefinitely.

http://www.pnas.org/content/101/17/6659.full.pdf+html

(Look at table 3, that is why I restrict calories! I want the blood pressure of a fucking 10 year old when I am 50 (and other benefits)!!) Even the DASH diet (dietary approach for stopping hypertension) is inferior to calorie restriction. One reason why CR increases nitric oxide synthesis by increasing the expression of endothelial NO synthase (eNOS) possibly (http://circres.ahajournals.org/content/102/5/519.full#sec-4) through increased activity of the transcription factor SIRT1 as one of the genes it regulates is eNOS gene. This would mean that CR acts similar to a calcium channel blocker (CCB), as CCB cause the relaxation of vascular smooth muscle (although without the NO).

In contrast, electrolyte regulation (which can be done by increasing intake of potassium, magnesium, and calcium as promoted by the DASH diet) act as a diuretic that makes one less salt sensitive. (http://hyper.ahajournals.org/content/42/1/8.full)The DASH diet has little effect is one already has a low sodium intake (http://www.hawaii.edu/hivandaids/Effects%20on%20Blood%20Pressure%20of%20Reduced%20S odium%20and%20the%20DASH%20Diet.pdf) ; if you are salt-sensitive and do not consume much sodium, then your blood pressure would not be affected by sodium, therefore, decreasing salt sensitivity will not benefit you. But people on CR already incorporate the key elements of the DASH diet, since they are abstemious of processed foods, which account for ~75% of dietary sodium intake in developed countries (http://www.health.gov/dietaryguidelines/dga2005/document/html/chapter8.htm), and consume more vegetables, which are rich in potassium.

Fuck it! Maybe I'll die of ALS (Lou Gherig's disease) like Roy Walford who practiced CR. I don't know if CR protects against that, but CR practitioners have superior cardiovascular profiles.

Imperial is much better than metric because it's harder. In Britain there's still a lot of resistance to the metric system. So we use feet and inches for height stones and pounds and ounces for weight. But usually for short distances younger people will use meters and centimetres but miles for longer distances.:D

Nothing wrong with good ol' imperial! Numbers like 12 and 16 and 3600 are much nicer than 10, 100, 1000, you see...

Anyway, to carry on the trend of supposedly obscure units of measurement:

Soon somebody's going to be comparing answers across all these seemingly innocuous polls to get a far more complete image. And then the release will come out: "police are seeking a white male, aged 23, 5'9", 170lb, living in the Miami area. Has a tattoo of a hammer and sickle on his left bicep. Believed to wear Che t-shirts. Do not approach this man; he may be dangerous, because he welcomed the vandalism of Whole Foods that one time."

i kissed my teeth goodbye recently and just my luck dont have enough bone in my jaw for implants....
so my days of glory have passed and all i've got is a few photos (ooh i looked so good i even fancy myself).
but hey, there's more to life than the worry that i might scare little children and those of a nervous disposition. (which results in ...hoots of derision and unrestrained sniggering....?!?!!!!
the point is, you can RC all you want, you are obviously more of an expert than me in the biology of it ... but beware !!!we all get older and it might not play out like you want it to. we are fragile, and even more fragile is youth it does fade ,quickly and without warning and nothing on this planet can bring it back. You dont even get a goodbye, in my experience)

I'm the incarnation of good looks, no matter the sex.
182 cms of pure power, some people said that I got touch the sky if I wanted to (since I excel at basketball and jump really high, plus my arms are muscular and in perfect proportion with the torso).

I could carry two Earths (...and Atlas shrugged!) on my broad shoulders, broad but gently and beautifully curved. Sometimes light reflects on them in such a beautiful way that people say some have gone blind from the sight.

My torso is muscular in a nice way, and completely hairless. Some have complained that this means I'm a metrosexual, though there is no metro for me to use, so bad for them.

My legs can leap continents. Completely hairless too. I also have perfect buttocks, gender neutral since they are also curvy and stick out a bit. You couldn't count gay males who bought me drinks because of it on the hands of a thousand men with 11 fingers.

People have told me that my nose is the sweetest thing they've ever seen, complemented further by a set of medium-to-small-sized ears which resemble seashells which echo the song of the sirens. Legend has it that my deep turd-coloured eyes have seduced a thousand worshippers of dung gods of humanity's cultures. And lastly, I have the hair of the lion, the roar as well which strikes fear into capitalists' hearts.

I don't know why people who are skinny need to add "but I'm not anorexic" to the end of their post. There are plenty of people who are skinny without being anorexic, and it would be extremely rude of anyone to assume and ask if you were. Incidentally, there are also lots of people who do have eating problems who aren't skinny.
