Capitilaism: A report for a newspaper

I am currently writing a report which I am to get into a newspaper. It's on the problems with capitalism and how we can change it. It can not be too radical but as I'm writing to The Guardian but could you please be constructive and give me advice.

I would like problems, statistics and quotes of/on Capitalism.

By the way its from a teenagers perspective!

Apart from one or two sections (letters and readers editor), the Guardian commission all their journalism. Try a more independent publication, The Commune perhaps?
