Deja Vu

So I was watching through the wormhole awhile ago and this guy said that we are a computer simulation and our future selves are running the simulations. I have been thinking about this recently as I have had alot of Deja Vu experiences. Like, I have been through shit before. If our future selves are running the simulation then this life has already happened and could be a cause for deja vu yeah? Is there any explanation for deja vu?

Yeah, it's out there and shit, but it's something that's been on my mind and I wanted opinions on this and simulation.
