Literature to help me understand further the concepts of socialism ?

If you want to learn more then you should read those two. What have you read? I would stick in The German Ideology up there as well as Hal Draper's Two Souls of Socialism and Lenin's State and Revolution.

Mein Kampf by you-know-who. After all, it IS the go-to book for socialism, on a national level.

But yeah, +1 for Communist Manifesto and Capital, some stuff by Lenin, sure, but if you really want to get a broad knowledge of socialism, I'd recommend going on here: http://marxists.org/archive/index.htm and going through all the major, important figures on here, and read their important works (which are generally bolded so that you can notice them easier). Anything from Marx, to Engels, to Kautsky, to Lenin, Trotsky, and even Stalin. Major figures and their major works are my suggestions.

If you can find Ernst Fischer's book Marx in his own Words then I recommend getting it. It has a list of topics that Marx wrote about, has extracts about them from Marx and has some running narrative by Fischer himself, spaced out into a chapter per topic. It's a small book and is quite easy to read.
