I have been recently into a discussion and some antisyndicalist fuckers who say "With striking you lose money and you serve the system.Striking should be considered illegal."
Fuckin fascists!
What can I explain to them? I told them that by striking they fight for their rights but they answered "Nah they are losing money."
Any suggestions?

That is how striking works though. Short term pain for long term gain.
You don't serve the system by striking -- that's absurd. If that was the case then why the fuck would most American unions have a no-strike clause in their contracts?

You could win--or you could loose. You play what you think are the odds. It's like any other Capitalist business decision: a gamble.

How exactly do you 'serve the system' by depriving capitalists of their precious profits in order to force them to raise workers living conditions? Thats a ridiculous argument.

A: don't call them fuckers
B: Don't call them Fuckin fascists
C: Calm down.
D: Explain to them that the boss needs the workers more than the workers need the boss, case in point? Argentina factory takeovers, boss left (leaving the factory behind), the workers took it over and ran it better and more profitable).
E: You stop your labor your begin a snowball effect to the boss, 1 day of losses for a capitalist is much worse than a day of wage loss for the workers, it leads to investment bleeding, creditors being more careful, damange in brand, loss of contorl, inventory problems, which can snowball.
F: Strikes and worker actions are the scariest things to capitalists, they arn't scared of guerillas in the jungle, they arn't scared of protests (unless they get huge), what they are scared of is industrial action.

Agreed. You have no arguments to refute your opponent's arguments, yet you call them "fuckers" and "fucking fascists", which clearly evidences your dishonesty and bias.
