Well I'm sick, ive got a runny nose strep throat, bad cough and a fever. Ibeprofen only does so much. anyone know any good home remedies that could help alleviate this cold?

Sleep. Chicken Noodle Soup feels good as well when you have a cold.

Hot shower.
Coffee is great for a sore throat and coughing.

Also for some reason when i work i tend to clear up only to get a runny nose later.
