Does Bin Laden's logic make sense ? Bin Laden said that American Citizens pay taxes and vote for our government therefor we are just as guilty for the crimes and for what are Government does does this logic make sense ?Our American Constitution says we the people to form a more perfect union therefor we the people are the government ? Or is our Government by Corporations and for Corporations since we have Lobbyists and Americans are forced to pay taxes ?

(a) This argument contradicts your continuous repetition that America is the land of freedom, and its leaders in this world. Therefore, the American people are the ones who choose their government by way of their own free will; a choice which stems from their agreement to its policies. Thus the American people have chosen, consented to, and affirmed their support for the Israeli oppression of the Palestinians, the occupation and usurpation of their land, and its continuous killing, torture, punishment and expulsion of the Palestinians. The American people have the ability and choice to refuse the policies of their Government and even to change it if they want.

(b) The American people are the ones who pay the taxes which fund the planes that bomb us in Afghanistan, the tanks that strike and destroy our homes in Palestine, the armies which occupy our lands in the Arabian Gulf, and the fleets which ensure the blockade of Iraq. These tax dollars are given to Israel for it to continue to attack us and penetrate our lands. So the American people are the ones who fund the attacks against us, and they are the ones who oversee the expenditure of these monies in the way they wish, through their elected candidates.

(c) Also the American army is part of the American people. It is this very same people who are shamelessly helping the Jews fight against us.

(d) The American people are the ones who employ both their men and their women in the American Forces which attack us.

(e) This is why the American people cannot be not innocent of all the crimes committed by the Americans and Jews against us.

(x) Your law is the law of the rich and wealthy people, who hold sway in their political parties, and fund their election campaigns with their gifts. Behind them stand the Jews, who control your policies, media and economy.

Surely if "the law is the law of the rich and wealthy people, who hold sway in their political parties, and fund their election campaigns with their gifts" and Jews control American "policies, media and economy", as he argues, then the average American who isnt rich or a Jew isnt to blame? (I'm not saying I think Jews are to blame btw, just showing how he contradicts himself)

What I find funny is how much of the talk from Political Islamists seems to reflect a lot of the middle class liberal angst that has become prevelent in the West in modern times e.g. bin Landesn rage about Kyoto and Bush, the Muslim Against Crusades moaning about Tesco ripping people off, denouncing the West as a degenerate consumeristic materialistic blah blah blah society.

America is capitalists thus is ruled by a ruling elite where the American people have no more say over US foreign policy then the say a slave has over what their master does. We see this with how the "democracies" dealt with the idea of Greece putting the austerity measures before the Greek voters.

(b) The American people are the ones who pay the taxes which fund the planes that bomb us in Afghanistan, the tanks that strike and destroy our homes in Palestine, the armies which occupy our lands in the Arabian Gulf, and the fleets which ensure the blockade of Iraq. The American people are wage slaves they have no say in the manner.

(c) Also the American army is part of the American people. It is this very same people who are shamelessly helping the Jews fight against us.

Wrong, the American army is nothing but hired guns for the American bourgeoisie they have nothing to do with the American people.

(d) The American people are the ones who employ both their men and their women in the American Forces which attack us.

The American people are wage slaves, slave can't employ anyone.

(e) This is why the American people cannot be not innocent of all the crimes committed by the Americans and Jews against us.

The problem is not one of Jews but one of capitalists.

It makes precisely as much sense as blaming the people of Afghanistan and Iraq for the actions of Al Q'aeda. Well, they're Muslims aren't they? They should stop the other Muslims doing all the nasty stuff. They didn't, it's OK to bomb them.

So, no, why would you think that the logic of a murderous religious fundamantalist son of the borgeoisie would make sense (Bush or Bin Laden, I don't care which)?

He implies that a bourgeois democracy is democratic, so no he doesn't make sense.

Usama's comments do make sense but then again they don't; to put it shortly, I say this in reference to the selected quotes and his other writings.

Bin Laden is really no better than any other reactionary. Sure, he fought against western imperialism, but what would he have in its place? An oppressive Islamist theocracy. The enemy of my enemy is not my friend.

His logic makes perfect sense, however he is wrong because America is nowhere near democratic.
