How much isopropyl alcohol should i use to clean a small-medium sized bong? It's 96% concentrated. How long does cleaning take? Etc... Just give me all the information you have.

Is soaking a piece of paper with the alcohol and putting it where the weed normally goes a good idea? Any objections?

What CanisLupus said. Get 420 cleaner, works better than anything else I've used. Does the bong have percs at all? If not, cleaning should only take a few minutes. Scrape out whatever tobacco resin you have and roll it into a ball and "enjoy" it (revleft's rules bar us from explicitly instructing about drug use). However, be careful when you're scraping it as you can easily break the bong if it's a glass one. After you've scraped all that you can reasonably get, just use some 420 cleaner and follow the instructions given on the bottle.
