Introductions to Tech Activism?

I hesitated to say 'hacktivism'. I'm curious if there's anything out there in the way of introductions to technology for activists. I'd love to find some resource that touches on practical issues ranging from how to set up wifi at protests, basic network security and how to stay anonymous online. Do you know of anything like that?
