yeah, i've heard of them. They were an important part of the formation of the original socialist Labour party in Britain way back in 1901.
Nowadays, though, they are nothing more than a centre-right, New-Labour think-tank.

Actually, Hitler is left of blair...
If you look at one of the more advanced left(revolutionary)-right(reactionary)/Authoritarian-Libertarian spectrums of political thought, Hitler is just right of centre, but at the extreme of the authoritarian.
Blair, however, is fairly right of centre, and half-way authoritarian, he is just left of Clarke....
