Dutch politician mourns the end of Apartheid

Dutch far-right politician Geert Wilders has achieved global fame. He's the hero for the populist new far-right. Only in the Netherlands itself the media doesn't recognize this: according to them, the PVV, Wilders' party, is merely 'populist', and not racist or far-right.

Will this change after the latest controversial statement by partymembers? Martin Bosma, the PVV's "intellectual" headman, writes columns for several papers. In his latest column for Parool, he wrote:


Spijtig dat links Nederland het ANC aan de macht heeft geholpen. Het Afrikaans en het Afrikaner volk zullen waarschijnlijk vernietigd worden. Dank je wel, Ed van Thijn, voor je onbaatzuchtig idealisme....

Which translates to:


It's sad that the Dutch left-wing helped the ANC to power. Afrikaans and the Afrikaner people will probably be destroyed. Thank you, Ed van Thijn, for your idealism....


So basically, Bosma says he's sorry that the ANC took power in the nineties. This means he's sorry that Apartheid ended. He confirms that view when he states that he thinks that White South-Africans (Afrikaner) are on the verge of being destroyed.


What a filth fucking racist, and that's the third-largest party in parliament, largest dutch party in the European parliament and second-largest party in the polls.....

In fact his rhetorics is based on "preventing Islamic fascism" or some similar shit.
Also are Afrikaners really on the verge of being destroyed? I'm not very familiar with this however i've read some nasty stories on the issue...

Isn't he half Berber or Arab himself? Funny racist. Though, maybe he's critical of ANC's complete inaction about the huge amounts of violent crimes being committed against the white South Africans? Since the end of the Apartheid the white minority is legally discriminated against. Perhaps it's the ANC he's critical of, not the end of the apartheid.

I really dislike the racism of the Northern European countries. I hate racism everywhere, but there is a certain snide condescension about racists from Northern European countries, especially from Scandanavian nations.

I was shocked, fucking shocked, at just how racist some Dutch, Danish and Norwegians could be. Not in a hateful obviously ignorant way that you could attribute to your average racist lower income White in America, but the people I met were actually witty and downright nasty in their racism, almost in a Brideshead Revisted sort of way.

Yes, one Dutch kid I knew from college hated Morrocans. Just thought of them as scum. His accents was so thick that I thought I heard him say he hated 'Mericans, but it turns out he was saying how much he hated Morrocans.

He also hated Polish people. In the Northeast where I went to college, there is a brand of water called Polish Springs, and he said that no one would even dare purchase this water in Holland because nothing Polish would sell there, meaning Poles were looked down upon.

A co-worker of mine who is half African American, half Norwegian told me Norway was a paradise to her; free healthcare, free education, free housing, etc. but she had to leave because the racism against her was out of control bad. She said that there would be older ladies who were shocked that people of two races could even make a baby. That's extreme, but she was trying to make a point about how racist the society can be.

Martin Bosma is like the propaganda minister of the party. I'm not a man of WII comparisments but if I was, he's like Goebbels. He's also described as the party idealogue. He's the "brains" behind Geert.

I dont think the PVV will be the biggest party anytime soon. People are dissatisfied with politics and say they'll vote for the PVV as a protest of sorts but when the elections are really there they notice the PVV aint talking about anything meaningful like the economy, jobs, etc. but instead babbles on about headscarfs and banning Qurans. Stuff that matters fuck all.
Not saying the other parties are making meaningful change but atleast they talk about stuff that matters.

no, that is the silly thing, while the "intellectual" leadership for a big part is sincerely really afraid for Islamism (they see it as a threat for freedom and enlightenment etc, not that these are actually progressive issues for them, its more a conservative/reactionairy imaginary romanticized idealized past) the rank and file is just racist against northen-african labor-immigrant youth.
