Hello.
My name is Morgan -- well, it isn't legally, but I prefer to go by that name -- and I am from the Los Angeles area.
I used to be a libertarian, but I started falling in love with the more leftist varieties of anarchism. I consider myself well within the revolutionary left, but I haven't quite found my place, so to speak, i.e. what "-ism" I am specifically -- I suppose in theory I'm something of an anarcho-communist.
I also consider myself a radical feminist.
Anyways...um...here I am! :)

Glad to see you got over (right) libertarianism. And don't worry about "finding" your place, just follow what you feel to be right for you and keep learning. Welcome.:thumbup1:

Thanks, all! :)

I can't recall exactly. Even at my young age I have a really shoddy memory. :(
But, I think it may have to do with how I started looking for a job a couple months ago, along with my fictional world -- "conworld" -- that has a nation that's somewhat anarcho-communistic, and my sudden falling in love with the Nordic countries.
I just started really rejecting all the notions about the state and capitalism that we take for granted in our society. I've always been one to question social norms -- I just never really thought to question those social norms before.
It may have been due to hanging out with anarchists on the Internet. :p
What does it mean to be a radical feminist?
Not sure. But I use that label because I'm the sort of person who believes that culture, more than law, is what needs to be changed in order to bring true equality of the sexes.

Come to think of it, I've never really been big on the libertarian's economic policies, and I was never very big on the cultural conservatism of a lot of libertarians. I figured I could get along better with communists and socialists, than with other libertarians. I guess I was just unaware of what "anarchism" really meant, or I was just afraid in some way to call myself a revolutionary leftist. I don't know.
And, I always thought revolutionary imagery -- black and red flags, the hammer and sickle, etc. -- were pretty cool.
Welcome to revleft! :)
Always nice to have another Californian on here.
However, I'm planning on moving to Seattle, hopefully next year.

I found this site from AH.com as well. I used to be on that site every single day.
