Not sure what I'll find here, but I am damn near literally sick unto death of sharing information, and immediately being accused of eating cheetos in my double-wide because that's how big I am (or some such).
Sooo I did a search. I'm hoping to find a board that actually discusses what is happening in America and the world. This is my first find, and hopefully here shall I be buried. [/Izzard reference]

Welcome comrade! I don't think many people on our forum will accuse you of eating cheetos. Plus, it is against forum policy to share personal information (you or anyone else). Take a look around and delve right in. Btw, greetings from across the river!

Oh!!! YOU, with the football team!
Thanks. :)
I didn't mean sharing personal information. I meant insults, cheap shots, anything but discussing the subject at hand.
You know. Like I'm the problem, for saying there's a problem.

Anybody know how I can undo the fact that I answered a java security question 'no', and now I can't go to chat?

Hi! I still have a couple of posts hung up in the back office, hopefully they'll be sprung soon. :)

Thank you!
I should grab this opportunity to ask. If all of this is waaaaay new to me - is there any recommended light reading to get me started? Seriously. If it's too dense and overwhelming, I won't get past page 3 (because I'll be asleep.)

Dear Admin. Could you drop me a line, let me know how soon I can expect to be released from captivity? It's hard to do the "heart and soul" posting routine when I never know if or when my posts will see the light of day.
Gracias.
Okay, how come that one popped right up, and the last one isn't here yet?

Hello comrade. The chat feature doesn't work for me either and I've tried firefox and the evil MS browser. :)

You're suppose to say 'yes' otherwise it won't work. it needs the script.
I can't get it to work without anyway.

Yes. I figured that bit out. However, now I don't have the opportunity to change my mind? Hence the question.

Because he's curious, d'uh. If you don't want to answer, feel free to just say so.
