So, ive only been able to run my PC in safe mode for the last few days. I was dying to listen to music.
so i found out:

you need winrar too.
go here and download that shit. unzip and run the "activate sound" file or whatever its called and just run the file (if you are on windows 7!) and just click yes to the prompts and then restart and bam. you got audio in safe mode.
