Everything.

Mostly mathematics.

Chemistry (just don't care for it), science (idem), French (too difficult because I don't care for it), mathematics (boring), algebra (boring), business class (boring, I don't plan on doing business), and art is also pretty boring--but it's okay I guess.

Luckily I only follow business class and art of all of these for the last two years.

Oh.. I used to love chemistry. Maybe you just have a bad teacher who is bored of life.

Mathematics was taught wrong here in most of the schools so at beginning from primary school to high school I hated it. But later I transferred to a better quality high school with German teachers. The German maths teacher did the lessons like philosophy and logic that mathematics became one of my favourite fields and I understood how valuable maths is.

When I had chemistry, i hated it. If we did some cool chemistry shit, I'd be ok. But we only did theoretical stuff, and if my teacher wasn't good, I'd deffineatly fail the year lol

Now that I don't have it anymore, I guess German is my least favourite subject. And math :D

EDIT: Oh I forgot about one! "DEMOCRACY".. Yes.. We have a subject where we learn about how America is the best country in the world, how representative democracy is the best, how anarchism sucks, how communism sucks, how the law is above all of us all, how direct democracy can't work, how capitalism is the thing that makes the world run, how we can only change the stuff we don't like by voting... etc. Needless to say, the teacher hates me :(

High school is a psuedo-educational institution, while it claims to be about teaching adolescents, it is really about imparting knowledge in an authoritarian and static way so teenagers turn off from thinking and become mindless worker bees.

All the sciences and maths I hated, and I despised even more the technical-rationalist elitism of my friends who were good at maths. Literary talent is not something that is encouraged in such deadeningly instrumental institutions.

Even subjects where non-technical knowledge is promoted, like English, are fundamentally reactionary,

Girls can be quite good at math. I was more or less being sarcastic.

In reality, girls do just as well in math as boys until you get into upper division college math courses where girls (on average) fall behind only very sightly... statistically speaking that is.

Although I found the concepts in math - especially calculus and geometry - fascinating, I was never precise or careful enough when doing problems so I made lots of little mistakes which got me mediocre grades at best. It discouraged me from enjoying the subject.

I also hated phys ed. Granted, I was overweight and out of shape in school, but I didn't have any objections to physical activity per se. The problem was, at least for us boys, phys ed consisted entirely of team sports (like baseball, American and association football, and basketball), or contact sports like wrestling. I despised both and it made the experience miserable for me. 11th grade was a change of pace however, phys ed that year was more wellness-focused and we did different non-sports things like yoga and dancing.

These things and the fact that the way history is taught as bourgeois propaganda really made me realize how school is set up to discourage actual learning.

Math. I've just had consistently bad teachers for the subject. The only good teacher I had in high school was a remedial teacher. Luckily I only need one math class at my university and my professor is pretty awesome. Still, it doesn't make up for the other 10 years of crummy teaching.

I haven't found any of my classes useless at high school, nor hated them. But I've grown to dislike some subjects, because I've had trouble concentrating over the past few years, and I have presentation-anxiety deluxe, which makes me a bit of a drop out. I want to love maths, as solving advanced logical puzzles (yet so much repeating) really lighten my day up. I love maths, but I hate it, as I've never had any good teachers that have followed me up properly.

School is also the main self-esteem issue that I have. I feel literally dumb, as I am at a lower level then the others. I'm taking advanced maths, as I had a passing grade last year, but since I suck at algebra (which is something I definitely need to master), I'm going to fail the subject completely :/

I agree on math. It's way too abstract to me. I love history but I hate my current teacher. My last one wasn't a Marxist but he used historical materialism so it didn't really matter, plus he was funny and he was my favorite teacher. Now I have an old liberal professor who doesn't use historical materialism so the content is pretty much useless and frustrating. Like FDR did this because he was a progressive and a great man! My least favourite class of all time was sewing. Fortunately, home economics is no longer a compulsory subject for me. Math used to be boring, but I now have a hippy teacher who drinks dirty water out of a bottle and claims that it's meteorite dust. This guy is teaching engineering and advanced math, but he manages to tie the elves who live in his treehouse into class frequently. Good fun.

Edit: I forgot to mention a 'secular' class I take on religion wherein Christianity is regularly touted as the superior faith.
