Do you actually believe communism can exist?

Hello my fellow comrades im back. I am a communist and i believe communism has worked in the past and has improved lives. My question to you is if you really believe communism has worked or if you are just jumping on the communist band wagon just to look cool in front of your friends. my impression from this forum is that most of you dont believe communism has worked in the past and that maybe most of you arent true communists rather than individuals that just talk about theory the whole day. Opinions welcome.

I'll offer my straight answer, which is I don't know if communism can exist, but what we're getting now sucks so badly that I'm willing to take that roll of the dice.

And I'm waaaaaay past the age where "looking cool in front of my friends" is a motivating factor.
