Talk about masturbation and your semen. You learn new things about the way facebook treats you.

I'm tempted to make a troll account to try this out.

This is not boasting, but, coincidentally, I have been unable to open my Facebook page for several hours. They say it is a site error. So, my question is, when Facebook bans you, do they admit they are banning you, or do you come to that conclusion after you lose access to your own page? I recently put a bunch of posters about a local occupation on my Facebook page. Would that get me banned? I did not think Facebook cared enough about political content to ban someone. Maybe I was wrong.

They've deleted several politically motivated groups/pages and banned admins and members for the groups in the past.

Wow, well done. Consider me impressed. :thumbup1:
I rarely bother to visit Facebook anymore. I don't know what it is, and I don't care enough to figure it out.

First thing I did today, after several hours of being unable to open my own Facebook page, was to try again, and this time I was successful, so I guess the reason my page did not open before really was technical. (Or maybe it was a warning from Zuckerberg :) ) Knowing that Facebook is capable of censorship based on one's political views, as has been stated here, is a little chilling, though. I may have to limit my political self-expressions to revleft, since I really need Facebook for some things I have to do every week. Thanks to everyone who wrote about Facebook on this thread

For some reason, every time someone mentions Scott Walker I get confused and start thinking of the riff to 'Cossacks Are'.

If that was supposed to be like some "heehee I don't like facebook" joke, it sucked.

I generally don't make posts simply to disapprove of Facebook, but I do make posts to disapprove of thread-makers, and if they can disapprove of Facebook at the same time then that's a nice bonus.

Maybe you thought so, I thought it was great.
By the way, have any of you heard that paypal has inexplicably banned Diaspora's account from receiving donations? Diaspora is a decentralized, privacy-conscious alternative social network in development, by the way.

If anyone wants a giggle, go to Scott Walker's facebook and look at the comments on his status about voter ID's.

I've found that if you want to successfully troll something you MUST post this video repeatedly only to be seperated by "SWALLOW"
