In this thread I will be making an introduction on what video game console emulating is, will post some emulators for different consoles,sites & torrents for games (ROMs) and other useful links.
What is a video game console emulator?
A video game console emulator is a program that allows a computer o emulate a different video game console's behavior. Emulators are most often used to play older video games on computers and modern video game consoles, but they are also used to play games translated into other languages or to modify & hack existing games.
What is a ROM File?
A ROM image, or ROM file, is a file which contains a copy of the data from a read-only memory chip, often from a video game cartridge, a computer's firmware, or from an arcade game's main board.
