¿Que?

I have reached a point in my life where I feel it is necessary for me to tackle one major work of classical anarchist thought. The only work of this kind that I've read is God and the State, by Bakunin.
I was wondering if people could suggest something. Please justify why you are suggesting what you do, in order for me to make an informed decision.
Much appreciated. Anarchists and Non-Anarchists welcome to participate. :)

I like Mutual Aid by Kropotkin. It gives good arguments on how equality and liberty are compatible.

Conquest of Bread also by Kropotkin and also Emma Goldman's Anarchism. You can have the second one for free.
These are two books that anarchists keep telling me about so I guess they're some standard texts.

Grab a copy of Red Emma Speaks. It's filled with stuff written by Emma Goldman.

Maximoff created a book full of Bakunin texts. It is called "the political philosophy of Bakunin". The reason you should get it? Its awesome.

It's not an easy read, because he wrote like the civil engineer he was and his phraseology is very outdated, but Sorel's Reflections on Violence contains elements, such as his discussion of "social myth" that have a very contemporary feel and applicability to them.
I would also agree with the others about Mutual Aid.

anarcho-syndicalism: theory and practice by rudolf rocker.
good synopsis of anarcho syndicalism, as well as the best (brief) summary of anarchist history you'll ever read.
