Does anyone know where I can find either

A) Scans of the Kronstadt Iszvestia

or

B) A transcript of all issues the Kronstadt Iszvestia from a quasi-scholarly source?

Check Kronstadt 1917-1921: Fate of a Soviet Democracy by Israel Getzler. You might even want to email him, since he literally wrote the book on it.
