So I’m new here to revleft. I’ve been coming to the site for a couple of months, trying to get a feel for it I guess.
I’m currently living in Arizona, and looking to leave for greener pastures relatively soon.
I’ve been interested in leftist politics for a few years now. I suppose I started out with some vague liberal notions about how our system is all messed up and in need of some serious reform, and as I’ve come into contact with more radical ideas I’ve moved further to the left. In defining myself politically I would have to say that I feel the most comfortable with libertarian socialism.
I’ve been a wobbly for several years. Not always very active with it though.
Before going back to school a couple of years ago I was a public school teacher.
I’m hoping that through revleft I’m able to learn and sharpen my own politics. In terms of political history and theory I’m not nearly as well read as I suspect many of the people on these forums are, which means I may not be as vocal. I don’t usually like to speak up unless I’m fairly confident of what it is I’m talking about.
