Hoxha had 70, Lenin had around 40 (about 10 more were planned but then the USSR collapsed), Stalin only had 13 official Collected Works (more were planned but then "Stalin" became a dirty word post-1956, and Stalin felt he never wrote that much anyway) and both Marx and Engels supposedly beat them all according to Wikipedia:
