One small error though. Stalin died in 1953...Laika wasn't launched til after. Either way it's hilarious I think.

Riot Dog, in Greece, constantly on the side of the people at demonstrations and such, was a really cool dog too. There was a video of his tireless support for the popular side in the Greek proletariat's constant and militant struggles. I once managed to find a page for a band that was called Riot Dog, in the honor of that class-conscious canine.

N.S. Khrushchov, referred to in one of the posts above as that "other guy," was the one who opened the floodgates in the USSR, by denouncing some of Stalin's crimes, so, even though he was a bureaucrat, he made a definite contribution, I think.

Well, this video is not so much about politics (as advocating something), but about making fun and having a laugh. So, in that context of course that's Stalin more cool, because of his looks and history, and also who the fuck knows who was Nikita Khrushchov?
