I don't know of any webcomics, but if you're looking for a good leftist cartoonist, Carlos Latuff is your man.

And while I'm not sure whether or not Aaron McGruder is still working, his comic series "The Boondocks" (also an awesome tv show) touches a lot on the issues of rebellion, race relations, and black power- the main character is named after Huey P. Newton, co-founder of the Black Panthers.

Ted Rall (http://rall.com) and Matt Bors (http://mattbors.com) are fairly left-wing American cartoonists. Rall's political cartoons have been especially controversial and he's written about how he's lost quite a bit of work the last decade as publications which used to run his cartoons have stopped publishing him.
