Activist legal updates from the Movement Defence Committee in Toronto. http://movementdefence.org

The next General Assembly will be held at OISE (Ontario Institute for Studies in Education) on Thursday, October 13, 2011 at 5 PM.
Everyone is more then welcome to attend the General Assembly. Individuals can come down, meet other members in the movement
and help co-ordinate our volunteer efforts.

We are focusing on the process of our General Assemblies. This is an issue that had serious concerns. While currently working under the NYGA structure, we are using this time to refine the process to meet our needs.

We appreciate if you can arrive early so we can start promptly as we have a lot to discuss.
The following is the address of the location:

Ontario Institute for Studies in Education
University of Toronto
252 Bloor Street West
Toronto, Ontario M5S 1V6 CANADA

We hope to see you all there, dress for the weather, and we always recommend some writing materials to take notes.
In Solidarity

Knowing Toronto, they might call in the Canadian forces.

A judge has granted an injunction until about 6 pm Saturday and Occupy will get a chance to present its case. Big rally tonight, I'd expect things to pick up into the weekend. Expect a huge turnout to resist eviction if the court rules in the City's favour.
