I was watching the movie BLOW with Johnny Depp. There's a brief scene in the bank where the Manager of the Bank tells him his funds had been appropriated by the Panamanian Government due to Nationalization.
How does that work exactly? They just take peoples money like that? That's legal? Wasn't he just some guy with millions in the bank? Not a private company?
