So i ended up having an argument with a conservative on my phil102 class fourm (online class) The argument ended with him telling me i need to "broaden my horizons" and with me telling him to go royally fuck him self after 3-4 posts of him saying "homeless people are homeless because they are lazy" or "capitalism gives every EQUAL chances in life" then to top that off he added a bunch of anti-gay rhetoric. So apprently by opposing him with empirical data and using FACTS to back up my argument i in turn made my self a close minded ass hole. Lol thought id share this tid bit.

The prof who pretty much just oversees the class gives me low marks because he says "you cant get angry or irate with people" Which i probably will respond to him in an angry irate fashion. Also i'm getting lower marks because the class is based around discussion and there rarely is any; i really think because its an online course.

its a phil102 class (critical thinking course) I recently went to ratemyproffessor .com and he got a lot of low reviews; i wish i would of checked the site out beforehand. IF you don't play to his super inflated ego you get lower grades. The book we use for the class is the book he wrote; its a terrible fucking book Puncturing our illusions the 6th edition. I dropped the class today anyways i got a lower grade because i couldnt start a discussion on the damn message board because other people wont respond back. I just got a W for the class so it WONT effect my gpa. All and all it was a good decision.

Discussions of that sort can't help but dissend into angry dicourse (as is often evident in these very forums). At least you're off the course now, with not effect on your gpa and hopefully you won't have to talk to such morons again...well 2 out of 3 ain't bad.

yeah when you're arguing with dumb people just make it a game of who can be the most polite. it will usually end with the other person getting hella mad and saying something racist. no matter what their views on race actually are.

Let me clarify the words "go roally fuck yourself" didn't fly out of my mouth or off my fingers in this case. But essentially i did. I refrained from naughty language:cool: ; but the fact that i was angry was pretty obvious

So, I was arguing with a Libertarian yesterday, and he was carrying a rocket launcher. If any of my posts seem deficient in quality, it can probably be put down to the after-effects of that encounter.

Anyway, Revlefters, Libertarians are silly, don't you agree?
