My preparation for Columbus Day

Since Columbus Day is tomorrow I have taken it upon myself to print up half a dozen flyers and place them around the school. They will be these flyers with "Happy Genocide, Rape, Torture, and Imperialism Day" at the bottom. Also if anyone has any tips on how to pre-tape the flyers so I can print even more out and just slap them up on the wall would be great.

I believe it was Chomsky who wrote a book called 'The Conquest continues', which relates the past to the present. See also ward Churchill's writings about Columbus. Also his (editor?) 'Marxism and Native Americans'.

Believe me, I know. I am going in earlier than usual for less people to be there. That is why I need a tip for pre-taping them without anything getting stuck together so I can put them up and walk away instead of standing there and cutting the tape on the spot.

Well here's how it went. I went into school early and was able to put one upstairs and one in the gym hall but too many random kids to do anything else. Like 20 minutes later I go back to check on them and the teachers had torn them down. That pissed me off, how dare they take down what didn't wasn't even in the code of conduct? So to retaliate I put more up during lunch in the most key places and it took them awhile to take those down so at least some students were able to see them before they were gone. The reaction on a teacher's face as she saw what it said was priceless. :laugh:

Haha thanks. What I did was my English book was thicker and smaller than regular books so I just taped the top of the paper corners and put them at far enough spaces in between pages so they wouldn't stick together. Then just take them out and put them on the wall.
