Morning Comrades,
So I've been doing a bit internet surfing today and stumbled on some interesting stuff. First, a book called Walden Two. Haven't read the entire thing yet, but it's basically an almost Utopian commune where everyone has a light work load and everything is run through direct democracy. But it was all fictional, not real. Well apparently communes have been made and based around the Walden Two book, and surprisingly have flourished! The Twin Oaks (http://www.twinoaks.org/) community considered themselves to be an intentional community (http://www.ic.org/).
Just thought it was interesting and thought I'd share it.
