I know this sub-forum is about anti-racism, but I find you tarring real fascists with the racist brush is both offensive and ignorant. Fascism, true fascism, has nothing to do with racism. Not even remotely.
The reason why people think 'racist' when they think 'fascist' is because of Nazi adoption of the relatively race-mute idea; they bastardized it into some weird nonsense about the glory of white people or whatever.
The reason why Nazi style fascism became "Neo-fascism" and real fascism was essentially forgotten was probably because Fascist Italy was such a wholly innocuous footnote in history that failed at everything it tried (Mussolini famously deflated the money supply because he thought it would represent Italy's superiority; the idiot even failed to consolidate control properly)
Fascists seek to rejuvenate their nation based on commitment to the national community as an organic entity, in which individuals are bound together in national identity by suprapersonal connections of ancestry, culture, and blood. To achieve this, fascists purge forces, ideas, people, and systems deemed to be the cause of decadence and degeneration. Fascists believe that a nation requires strong leadership, singular collective identity, and the will and ability to commit violence and wage war in order to keep the nation strong. It advocates the creation of a totalitarian single-party state that seeks the mass mobilization of a nation through indoctrination, physical education, and family policy (such as eugenics). A fascist state's government is led by a supreme leader who exercises a dictatorship over the fascist movement, the government, and other institutions of the state. Discipline and obedience to the leader is demanded by the fascist movement to followers and subjects of a fascist state and is promoted through encouraging comradeship and commitment of followers and subjects. Fascist governments forbid and suppress opposition to the fascist state.
Fascism promotes violence and war as actions that create national regeneration, spirit and vitality. It views conflict as a fact of life that is responsible for all human progress. It exalts militarism as providing positive transformation in society, in providing spiritual renovation, education, instilling of a will to dominate in people's character, and creating national comradeship through military service. Fascists commonly utilize paramilitary organizations for violent attacks on opponents, or to overthrow a political system.

Don't mix up fascism with racism.
...also, I'm not a fascist. It has some good ideas and I'm greatly influenced by some of its core tenets, but fascism, perfected, leads to some... eh... not so good things. (See: Nanking Massacre)
